Sales Policy
Please Note: All purchases, except as specifically noted herein, are non-refundable, final sale, as and when booked. A credit card is required to make your purchase. Upon booking, the credit card will be charged the full amount of the experience(s). Late cancellations and all no-shows will result in 100% forfeiture.
If you book a class and are not able to make it, you must cancel 12 hours before the start of that class. If you cancel less than 12 hours before, you are charged for that class. If you book a class and do not show up, not only do we lose that class, other members of Gallos Gym are not able to take that spot.

In the rare event of unavailability of the trainer(s) to host the class, you will have the option of receiving a refund or a credit for a replacement class or lesson depending on your preference.

Refund policy from Gallos Gym rescheduling or canceling

Gallos Gym has the right to cancel at any time, and should this happen Gallos Gym will refund you in full upon cancellation. Gallos Gym is not responsible for any ancillary expenditure or expense incurred in connection with any anticipated opportunity or expectation of opportunity to book a non-refundable, non-exchangeable experience.

Force Majeur
​
Where the gym is closed for any reason including a situation of force majeur, we shall refund you in full.
Purchases for a boxing class or lesson made in the name of a specific individual are transferable to another individual, as long as the recipient meets the criteria to participate and provides the required evidence of the transfer. To request a transfer please contact us via email at elias@gallosgym.com.

Criteria to participate in our boxing program

Should there be any doubt as to a participant meeting the following criteria we encourage an on-site visit prior to booking.

Participant shall:
Sign a waiver of liability and release of rights for photos and videos taken during a lesson or class;
By offering themselves out as a participant, represents that their physical condition is sufficient to safely engage in the experience [please note that Gallos Gym advises against participating should the individual be pregnant, suffer from, among other things, high blood pressure or any type of heart condition].

Wear all required safety gear asked by Gallos Gym;
Should a participant appear, within the sole judgment of Management, to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol then participation shall be denied with no refunds, substitutions or exchanges given.

Unless specifically confirmed in writing to Management prior to participation in the boxing experience, Participant agrees and consents that Gallos Gym and/or their affiliates may use their name and/or photo in connection with any marketing, publicity, communication with the public and/or advertising, hereafter “Publicity or Promotional Piece” which Gallos Gym and/or their affiliates, elects to conduct.
